A.MANO Brooklyn focuses on a curated selection of ceramics, glassware, and home goods sourced from local Brooklyn artisans and independent designers across the globe.
How do you handle shipping for fragile items?
We take extreme care in packaging. Every delicate piece is wrapped in eco-friendly protective materials and double-boxed to ensure it arrives at your home in perfect condition.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our contemporary ceramics are functional and safe for daily use. However, we recommend hand-washing handmade artisanal pieces to preserve their glaze and longevity. Specific care instructions are listed on each product page.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes! If you are in the New York area, you can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to collect your items from our Brooklyn storefront during regular business hours.
