At A.MANO Brooklyn, we want you to love your handcrafted home goods; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact our team via email or visit our Brooklyn storefront with your original order number and receipt to begin the process.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Send your package back to our Bergen Street location using a tracked shipping method or bring it directly to the shop for immediate processing.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once we have inspected the item and confirmed its condition, we will issue a digital gift card or facilitate an exchange for another unique piece.
